PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Therapists can send text to their Assigned Clients.
An Organization Administrator will need to Activate Text Message Appointment Reminders.
Once that has been activated, you can send and view Client's text messages in the system.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to your subscription plan for information about fees associated with this feature.
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
NOTE: Ensure that a mobile number has been added for Client on the Details tab.
- Click Reminders Log tab.
- Click Send Text Message button.
- Click the Send Text Messages.
NOTE: The client's preferred name will display in the text message pop-up window.
- Enter Message in field provided.
- Click Submit button. Messages sent display in the Client's Reminder log.
