PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Organization Administration Permissions.
NOTE: Feature availability depends on your subscription plan.
NOTE: You do not have the ability to reschedule group appointments. Please contact your provider.
- Click Organization and Client Portal in the side navigation bar.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Switch Allow Client's Self Scheduling through Client Portal toggle so it shows as Turned On.
NOTE: If enabled, you will also need to turn on or off the ability for Clients to schedule/cancel appointments within 24 hours.
Once enabled, subscribed Therapists can select service types available to clients when scheduling appointments, accept or decline Self-Schedule Appointments via the calendar icon at the top of their screen, and specify what locations are available for scheduling.
