Enable Client Contact Network

The Contact Network needs to be enabled by an Organization Administrator. Once enabled, the Contact Network tab will display on the Client Profile screen.

  1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
  2. In Client Portal in the side menu. The Settings tab displays.
  3. Toggle Allow Client Portal Access for Client Contacts ON.

  4. Back on the Client Profile, the Contact Network tab displays.
