PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Billing Permissions.
Before you print or email to a Client, you can Hide No Shows, Rescheduled Appointments and Cancellations from the Invoice. Once selected, they will be hidden going forward.
NOTE: New invoice creation is only available with an system subscription. See Manage Subscription & Add-Ons: For Trials & Subscriptions Starting After May 22, 2025 for more information.
- Navigate to appropriate Invoice.
- Select Hide No Shows, Rescheduled & Cancellations check box. These will be hidden going forward.
- To unhide, deselect checkbox. They will appear on the Invoice again.
