Some appointments on the calendar show as "billed" others do not.
Why the green "Billed" tag?
When using the system correctly users will create invoices for appointments created in the system.
The green billed tag you see on your appointments lets you know that you have successfully created an invoice for that appointment. It doesn't mean you've submitted it to insurance or emailed it to the client. It means you followed the preferred workflow of the system and created an invoice linked to an appointment.
