All of the following have to be present in the client's account in order for the diagnosis to show up in the Superbill:

  1. Diagnosis code must be successfully entered and saved in the Initial Assessment.
  2. Staff member on appointment must be assigned to case with the diagnosis code.
  3. Staff member on invoice must be assigned to case with diagnosis code.

If a client has multiple cases (including closed cases) you will want to ensure a progress note is linked to the date of service for the superbill or billing document. See Link Progress Note with Calendar for more information.

Please double-check all of the above, and then you should be able to print the superbill, invoice or claim as needed.
