PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: User must have Billing Permissions.
This action is usually performed after an Insurance payment has been applied to the Invoice, or the claim amount has been sent to the Payer, it's been processed, and applied to the Client's deductible. Additionally, there are cases where you'll need to change it from Client to Insurance but this is rare.

Change Responsibility from Insurance to Client
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Ledger in side menu and click appropriate tab to locate Invoice.
- Click Select an Action for desired Invoice and select View Details.
- In the Ins Amount Due column, enter 0.00. The balance will transfer to the Client Amt Due column.
- Click Save.
- You can now print or email the invoice for the Client. See Client Invoice: View, Print, or Email for more information.
Change Responsibility from Client to Insurance
- Locate Client and open Client Profile.
- Click Ledger in side navigation.
- Click Select an Action for desired Invoice and select View Details.
- In the Client Amt Due column, enter 0.00. The balance will transfer to the Ins Amount Due column.
- Click Save.
