PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Therapist can set their own Note Type Default.
When Dynamic Progress Note Forms are created, you may select your Note type when creating a Progress Note. By default, Standard Note and Soap Note are included in the system by default and any additional Dynamic Progress Note Forms are listed.
As a Therapist, you are able to set which Note Type you want to default for you when creating Notes.
To set the default Note type:
- Access your Staff Profile.
- Click the Default Note Type drop down and select desired form.
- Click Save.
When you create a Progress Note, the first choice will be what you just set as your default Progress Note Form, with the other types available by clicking the drop down arrow.
