If you are using Multifactor Authentication (MFA), you will be prompted to log in to the system with a verification code sent via text message or email, in addition to your username and password. (You will be prompted to Set Up MFA the first time you log in after your organization has turned on MFA.)
You can opt to use MFA each time you log in, or to receive a prompt for MFA notification every 45 days. You will also be prompted to enter a verification code if you log in from a new device or browser, or if you try to change your email address or password.
Log in with Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
- Log in using your email address and password.
- Enter the code you received via email or text message in the Verification Code field.
- Click the Continue button.
