The system’s Claim Navigation List allows you to easily move from one claim edit page to another from within a claim edit page. The claim edit page is the page where you are able to make changes to a claim. This article shows you how to access the claim edit page from the batch listing page, but you can use Claim Navigation on any claim edit page, no matter where you access it from.

Access the Claim Edit Page

1. Click on a group of claims from the Batch Listing page to open the list of claims associated with that group.
   
   
2. Click on the claim to access the claim edit page.
   
   
    
3. The Claim Navigation List displays above the claim edit page.
    

Use the Claim Navigation List

A list of all claims displays above the claim edit page. Click any claim in this list to open that claim.
The claim edit page displays below the Claim Navigation List. You can edit the claim here.
Click the Claim Navigation List arrow to hide or show the list of claims.
Click the Claim Only View button to view and edit the claim without Claim Navigation.
Use the Prev and Next buttons to move through a long list of claims.
Click the Back button to return to the list of claims you were viewing before opening the claim edit page.
