This article explains how to manage Milestone knowns.

 

Add New Known

  1. Click the Knowns tab then click in the Add Known Items field and enter the Known.
  2. Click the +Add New link next to the new known label. The new known displays in the field.
  3. Click the Save Knowns button.

    NOTE: Once the known is created, it is available for the whole organization to use.

Add Existing Known

  1. Click the Knowns tab for the desired Milestone level then click in the Add Known Items field. Scroll and select the desired known. It will display in the field.
  2. Click the Save Knowns button.

Remove Item From the Known Field

  1. Click the X next to the item label.
  2. The item is removed from the selected items field.

    NOTE: At this time there is no functionality to permanently remove a known from the main list after it has been added.
