The Placements menu allows agencies to track the use and availability for any resource with a limited capacity. This may be the number of beds in a hospital or crisis center, space in a foster home, seats in a van used for daily transportation, space in a residential adult day care, or even a seat in an ongoing therapy group. These resources are defined in Configuration - Setup > Occupancy. A client's Occupancy or Wait List Placement may also be viewed from the VHR Timeline if these have been configured in the Category Depiction Manager.
Select Placements on the application main menu to open the screen below. The Placements menu has two main tabs, Occupancy and Wait List.
