Sending a screenshot to your support team can often help them troubleshoot or solve a problem. The steps to capture a screenshot will differ depending on your computer or device. Once you have your screenshot, you can copy and paste it into the body of an email or upload it into the files section of your support case in the Ensora Health Support Portal.

IMPORTANT: Make sure your screenshot does not include any Protected Health Information (PHI).
