You are able to schedule a Group Telehealth Session similarly to how you would schedule a regular group session.
IMPORTANT: Each client that joins the group session counts towards the client's number of sessions per month. For example, if they have a group session with five clients, that counts as five "sessions".
- Click on the appointment date and time in your calendar you would like to schedule the session for.
- In the Create Appointment window, select Telehealth as the Appointment Type.
- Enter a title if applicable.
- Edit the date and time if needed.
- Type in the attendees name and select the appropriate client from the list. Repeat for all clients you would like to add to the session.
- When you're done, click Save.
