PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Only managers can enable or disable plans for certain providers.

  1. Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar, and click Integrated Telehealth from the drop-down.
  2. Click Continue in the Disable Telehealth section.

  3. The Disable Telehealth window will display. Write a brief reason that you are disabling your telehealth services (optional), then click Disable Telehealth.

    IMPORTANT: Notify the Billing/Support Team that you are disabling your plan so they are aware that the charges have stopped.
