Client: Join Telehealth Session

Welcome! Please follow the steps below to access and join your Telehealth Sessions. There is also a PDF version to share or print. 

1. 1. Log in to your Client Portal.
   2. Click Appointments in the menu on the left.

      NOTE: The orange Telehealth icon indicates that you have a Telehealth appointment.

      
      
       
   3. Prior to your appointment, the Telehealth Sessions box will state that there is an upcoming telehealth appointment, click View Details.
      
      

1. The Join Session button will enable (turn green) when you are able to join the session. Click Join Session.

   NOTE: You are not able to join sessions more than five minutes prior to the scheduled time, and the Join Session button will not be enabled (gray).

   
   
2. If it is your first Telehealth session, press Allow to use your microphone and camera.
   
   
    
3. Click drop-downs to select different audio and video inputs (optional).
4. Click I'm ready!
   
   
    
5. You will be directed to a virtual waiting room until your Provider admits you.
