Telehealth Plans

There are two subscription levels available for Telehealth Sessions: Standard and Premium. Users are billed monthly for Telehealth subscriptions. 

NOTE: If a Client does not join their Session, that Session will not count towards your monthly sessions.

 Standard Plan

  • Includes 30 monthly Telehealth Sessions. See Website for pricing information.
  • There will be an additional fee for additional Sessions exceeding your 30 monthly Sessions.

Premium Plan

  • Includes 100 monthly Telehealth Sessions. See Website for pricing information.
  • There will be an additional fee for additional Sessions exceeding your 100 monthly Sessions.

IMPORTANT: For group Telehealth Sessions, each Client attending that group Session counts as one Session. For example, if you have a Standard Plan and you have a group Session with five Clients, that counts as five of your 30 Telehealth Sessions for that month.

 

Select a Telehealth Plan

  1. Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar, then click Integrated Telehealth from the drop-down.
  2. Click Get Started in the Get Started with Telehealth section.

  3. Use the drop-downs in the Telehealth Configuration window to select your desired Subscription Level and Users.
  4. Check the box to confirm that you are authorized for this account to make purchases and agree to the charge.

  5. Click Confirm.
