This section is used to enter Treatment locations that are used for multiple Clients.

These locations will appear when creating a session under the Locations section in addition to the Client’s personal addresses that are located in their file (you will see them appear under their personal addresses in the drop down). This is used so that the same address does not have to be placed in every Client’s file if used for multiple Clients. Examples are Schools, Office Locations, Telehealth, etc.

 

Click Scheduler from Navigation Bar and select Office Treatment Locations.

  1. Existing Office Treatment Locations- Here you will find locations that have already been added.
  2. Add New Location button- Once clicked, you will be able to enter the location information including the address and POS(Place Of Service) code.
  3. Click the Save button to add to the list.
