Employee Box
- Vacation(s) pending approval (vacation time submitted by employees waiting for approval/denial)
- Missing Credentials (credentials missing for employees--- located within the Employee file)
- Expiring Credentials(expiration dates are entered in employee file)
- Go to Manager Module ( The back end setup for the facility.) (Extra Permission)
Payroll Box
- Timesheets not submitted (time sheets that are due that have not been submitted)
- Billable activities without payroll (Rendered Activities that have not gone to Payroll)
- Pending for approval payroll (Timesheet items in Pending for approval status)
- Hide timesheet link( This will hide the Submit Timesheet Tab for all users)
Client Box
- Expiring authorizations (within 30 days)
- Without Payor Source - (Clients that have no payor attached)
Billing Box
- Activities Rendered Not Billed- Reports on activities that are rendered, but not yet billed
Scheduler Box
- Unattended activities last week - Unattended activities are confirmed sessions that haven’t been rendered.
