You will use this option when one of your users have forgotten their password.
NOTE: You want to make sure that if they are also locked out from too many attempts of logging in, you want to unlock them first before sending them the reset password email. (To Edit existing user permissions>Item #1 explains the unlock user menu option.)
- To reset the password select the pencil to the right of the user’s name.
- Then go to the bottom and click the Create/edit user permissions button. This will send them an email to reset their password.
