After setting up the Rooms Use Code, navigate to the Rooms Available Menu.
- Click Options.
- Select Services.
- Select Rooms Available.
- Enter the Room Number and the Bed Code, such as: ROOM 101 BED A, 101 BED B, 102, BED A, 102 BED B, etc.
- Click the Service Description in the list and Save. It will return you to the New Room Menu.
- Select ADD/F5, and enter in the next ROOM and Bed. Continue until all the Rooms and Beds have been added.
Users may add new beds at any time.
Other options are DELETE/F6 and PRINT/F7, which will produce a report.
NOTE: Users should not DELETE ROOM and BEDS attached to an ADMIT.
