After setting up the Rooms Use Code, navigate to the Rooms Available Menu. 

  1. Click Options.
  2. Select Services.
  3. Select Rooms Available.

  4. Enter the Room Number and the Bed Code, such as: ROOM 101 BED A, 101 BED B, 102, BED A, 102 BED B, etc.
  5. Click the Service Description in the list and Save. It will return you to the New Room Menu.
  6. Select ADD/F5, and enter in the next ROOM and Bed. Continue until all the Rooms and Beds have been added.

Users may add new beds at any time.

Other options are DELETE/F6 and PRINT/F7, which will produce a report.

NOTE: Users should not DELETE ROOM and BEDS attached to an ADMIT.
