The current use for the ROOM USE + RATE SET UP is for recording the room in which an In-Patient
resides. Because charges were once generated from this set up, which is no longer the case, the user must first create a charge.

- Click Options in the Menu Bar.
- Select Services.
- Click Room Use + Rates.
- ROOM USE CODES categorize the type of unit within the hospital, such as A=Youth, B=Adult, 3= Residential, etc.
- Enter the letter code and the service number previously set up.
- Once this setup is complete, select EXIT/F1.
- Enter the letter code and the service number previously set up.
Users may add new Room Use Codes at any time using ADD/F5 as well as delete using DELETE/F6.
NOTE: User should not DELETE any code tied to an admit.
