There are three levels of Skill Acquisition in the system: Skill Area, Program, and Target.
- Skill Area - Broadest category of skills. Skill Areas could be categorized by behavior operants, curriculum areas, or by goal areas. For example, Skill Areas might include Labeling, Reading, Classroom Routines, etc.
- Program - Specific skill within each Skill Area. For example, in the Skill Area of Labeling > Programs might include Labels Common Objects or Labels Reinforcers.
- Target - Detailed skill within each Program. For example, in the Skill Area of Labeling > Program of Labels Common Objects > Targets might include Flower or Oven.
From the Skills Acquisition tab, users can add new or edit/archive Skill Areas, Programs, or Targets.
