The system hosts robust Analysis & Reporting functions. The Reporting Beta area is organized according to sections in Catalyst: Targets, Behaviors, Programs, and Notes. This Glossary covers all the reports under the Targets Reports category. See Reporting Beta | Behaviors, Programs, Notes Reports Glossary for a glossary on those reports.

Click on Targets Reports to expand and then click on each Category to see the reports below.

Maintenance Reports

1) Current Maintenance Levels

Click Run.

Displays:

  • Program Name (exp. Labeling Colors)
  • Target Name (exp. Blue)
  • Date Mastered (exp. 05-20-2022)
  • Date Entered Current Level (exp. 05-20-2022)
  • Current Level (exp. Daily Maintenance)

2) Weekly Maintenance Probes

Choose a Friday Date and click Run. 

Displays:

  • Date
  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Maintenance Level
  • Days of the Week

Performance Reports

1) Lowest Performing Targets

Choose Date Range and click Run.

Displays:

  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Date Opened
  • Trial Count
  • Percentage

2) Performance for Range

Choose Date Range and click Run. 

Displays:

  • Skill Area
  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Value/Percentage

3) Reliability Export

Choose User and Date and click Run

Displays:

  • Student
  • Target Name
  • Date/Time
  • Abbreviation
  • Prompt
  • Instructor

4) Weekly Ratio

Select Week Date Range and click Run. 

Displays:

  • Skill Area
  • Program Name
  • Target Name
  • Days of the Week
  • Raw Ratio
  • Weekly %

Status Reports

1) % of Open Targets Mastered

Select Date Range and click Run. 

Displays:

  • Opened
  • Mastered
  • Percentage

Select Date Range and click Run.

Select Date Range and click Run.

Also, select either Target Breakdown or Total Trials from the first dropdown.

Target Breakdown Displays:
