Publish, Unpublish, Rename, Delete, or Clone a Progress Report/Note

In this article, you will understand how to Publish or Unpublish a Progress Report in the system’s Analysis & Reporting tab. You will learn the right-click options for a Published Progress Report, including viewing past Revisions.

Publish a Progress Report
 

Once a draft has been finalized, it can be published. Published reports can be downloaded, printed, or sent electronically.

  1. Click the Plus(+) icon to expand and choose the Report you want to work with.

  2. Click on the appropriate Progress Report.

  3. Click the Publish Report icon in the Editing top menu.

  4. Click OK to confirm publishing.

Download a Published Progress Report
 

All published reports can be found under the Published folder on the left side of the portal screen. 

  1. Click the Plus(+) icon next to Published.
  2. To download, click on desired Progress Report

  3. Your Progress Report will be downloaded to your computer.

Published Progress Report Options
 

Published Progress Reports cannot be edited, but you can Unpublish them to put them back into Drafts in order to make changes.

From the right-click menu on a Published Progress Report, you can do the following actions:

  • Rename Progress Report
  • View Revisions made to the Progress Report and Restore as a Copy if needed.
  • Clone the Progress Report
  • Unpublish the Progress Report
  • Delete a Progress Report
  1. Right-click on desired Published Progress Report and select Rename, Revisions, Clone, Unpublish, or Delete.

  2. If you select Rename you will receive a popup to enter a new name.

  3. If you select Revisions you will receive a popup of all revisions and the option to Restore a Copy of a past revision.

  4. If you select Clone, a cloned version of the report will show up in Drafts. 
  5. If you select Unpublish the report will go back into the Drafts section. 
  6. If you click Delete you will receive a popup asking you to confirm you want to delete the Progress Report.
