Catalyst offers users the ability to generate Progress Reports (aka Progress Notes) over a specific date range for any student. This report will include all Behavior and Acquisition Graphs from the specified date range, Student Demographic information, progress summaries, as well as additional space for anecdotal information.
A Progress Report (Progress Note) in the system is what some organizations may refer to as a Treatment Plan, Progress Report, Progress Note, or Report. It allows you to report on student progress for a given date range.
It is possible to have the system support team create a custom Progress Report template for a fee. See Custom Progress Report/Note.
