Per Behavior Data Entry Subtab: Enter Data

In the Ensora Data Collection Portal, you have the option to manually enter Per Behavior Data on the Data Entry tab, Per Behavior Data subtab.

 

NOTE: Once the data has been manually entered you can view the Raw Data by going to the Behavior Reduction tab and navigating to each Behavior you would like to view. Then select Actions on the right side of the Behavior and select Raw Data. To learn more, see Behaviors: View Raw Data.

Access the Per Behavior Data subtab from the Data Entry tab in the Students Section.

Universal Settings

Universal settings allow Ensora Data Collection users to automatically fill in User, Session Date, and Time for all data entry Targets selected. Universal Settings are optional. If not selected the fields will display on the datasheet to allow for customizable entries.

  1. Click the User checkbox.
  2. Select User for data entry.
  3. Click the Date checkbox.
  4. Click in the Date field and select the desired date.
  5. Click the Session Time checkbox.
  6. Click in the Session Time field and select desired time.

    NOTE: If one Universal Setting is not selected, that item will display on the datasheet to allow for customizable entries.

Per Behavior Data

Enter Single Behavior Data

Users can enter data one Behavior at a time.

  1. Click the Plus(+) icon.

  2. Click the Select a Behavior.... dropdown arrow and select desired Behavior.
  3. A data entry sheet will display, ready for data entry.
  4. Date, and Time fields to select.
  5. Depending on the Behavior type, different fields will display for data entry. To learn more, see Behavior Type Field Options.

    NOTE: Click the Red X icon to delete Behavior from the datasheet.

  6. Click Save once data has been entered.

 

Enter Multiple Behavior Data

Users can enter data for multiple Behaviors at the same time.

  1. Click the Multiple button.

  2. Click the checkboxes of desired Behaviors.
  3. Click OK.

  4. A data entry sheet with selected Behaviors will display, ready for data entry.
  5. If Universal Settings were not selected, click in the User, Session Date, and Time fields to select.
  6. Depending on the Behavior type, different fields will display for data entry. To learn more, see Behavior Type Field Options.

    NOTE: Click the Red X icon to delete Behavior from the datasheet.

  7. Click Save once data has been entered.

 

Enter Data for All Behaviors 

Users can enter data for all available Behaviors at the same time.

  1. Click the All Behaviors button.

  2. A data entry sheet with ALL Behaviors will display, ready for data entry. 
  3. If Universal Settings were not selected, click in the User, Session Date, and Time fields to select.
  4. Depending on the Behavior type, different fields will display for data entry. To learn more, see Behavior Type Field Options.

    NOTE: Click the Red X icon to delete Behavior from the datasheet.

  5. Click Save once data has been entered.

Behavior Type Field Options

Duration

Duration Behaviors require a total Trials Duration.

Rate/Fluency

Rate/Fluency Behaviors require Trials Duration and Count.

Interval

Interval Behaviors require Total Intervals and Intervals of Occurrence.

Frequency

Frequency Behaviors require Trials which is the Total Frequency for the day.

Momentary Time Sampling

Momentary Time Sampling Behaviors require the Total number of Intervals and the Total number of intervals during which the Behavior Occurred.

Print Datasheet

Users have the ability to print a datasheet in order to collect data on paper first.

  1. Add desired Behaviors that you would like to collect data on.
  2. Click Print Datasheet.
