There are two types of Notes that can be created and viewed in the Portal: Notes and SOAP Notes. This article will deal with Notes only.

 

Access Notes subtab from the Documentation tab in the Students Section.

Notes

Users can create Notes on the app and in the portal.  Both are available to view on the app and in the portal.

NOTE: To learn more about creating and viewing Notes in the app, please visit Notes Tab in App.

 

Create a Note in the Portal

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add a Note.

2. Enter Note details:
  • *Title
  • Date - Auto-populates. Click on the field to change.
  • Time - Auto-populates. Click on the field to change.
  • *Body (of Note)

 

3. Click Save.

Edit Note in Portal

  1. Click the date of the desired note to edit.

  2. Edit Note as desired.
  3. Click Save.

View Notes in Portal

Click View All Notes link to view all notes in a web browser view.

NOTE: Once Session notes have been viewed, click Close to exit the screen.

Print Notes

Users also have the option to print all student notes.

  1. Click Print Notes.

  2. Notes will download as a PDF.
  3. Open and print the PDF.

History of Note Changes

  1. Click Actions for the desired Note.
  2. Click View Changes.

  3. Select checkboxes to compare desired versions.
  4. Click Compare.

  5. Additions will display in green and deletions will display in red.

Target Notes

NOTE: To learn more about creating Target Notes, please visit Target Notes in App.

In the system, users are able to record notes by individual Target directly through the app these notes are viewable in the portal.

  1. Locate desired Skill Area, Program, and Target.
  2. Once Target has been located, click Actions.
  3. Click View Notes.
