Can I switch Target Types once a Target is created?
Once a Target is created, it cannot be converted to another Target Type as different Target types measure different dimensions of a Behavior. Only DTT and Jump-To Targets are interchangeable after creation since they both collect the same type of data.
If it is necessary to switch Target types, delete or archive the original undesired Target, and recreate it with the desired type.
To learn more, please visit Targets: Create, Clone, Move, Rename or Delete documentation.
