Create or Edit a Progress Report/Note

In this article, you will understand how to create a Progress Report in the Analysis & Reporting tab, how to edit, add graphs, add images/pictures, and more.

Create a Progress Report

  1. Select the Student you want to work with from the Student dropdown and click Go.

  2. Select the Analysis & Reporting tab.
  3. Select the Progress Notes tab.

  4. Click the green Plus(+) icon next to Reports.

  5. In the Progress Reporting Wizard, click the Report Template dropdown arrow and select the Progress Report.

  6. Enter the Filename you want to call this Progress Report.

  7. Enter the Start Date and End Date for your date range.

  8. Select the Graph Mode (Color or Black & White) and Graph Interval. These are both optional.

  9. Click Generate Report in the bottom right corner.

NOTE: Once a Progress Report (Progress Note) has been generated, it will display in Draft status and can be modified as needed.

Edit Progress Report

A Progress Report in Draft form can be edited at any time.

NOTE: If a Progress Report has been published, edits can still be made by unpublishing it back into Draft status.

  1. Click the Plus(+) icon next to Drafts to expand and choose the Report you want to edit.

  2. Click on the appropriate Progress Report.

  3. Click anywhere in the Progress Report to edit and use the editing bar at the top.

  4. Click the Save icon on the top left to save the Progress Report.

Add Graphs to Progress Report

The system offers users the ability to add multiple graphs in your Progress Report.
 

  1. Click the Graph icon in the Editing bar on top.

  2. Select the checkbox(es) for the desired Available Graphs.
  3. Click Add.

Add Images to Progress Report

The system offers users the ability to add an image to a Progress Report.

NOTE: Images will be uploaded from the user's computer.

 

  1. Click the Picture/Image icon.

  2. If images have already been uploaded, they will be displayed here. Select the image or click Upload a file to choose an image from your computer.

    NOTE: To delete an available image, hover over it and click the Red X.
