Create a Preference Assessment

This article will walk you through the steps to create a Preference Assessment in the Ensora Data Collection Portal for use in the Data Collection App. 

Create a Preference Assessment

In order to collect data on the app, users must first create a Preference Assessment in the Student Portal. 

Access the Preference Assessment subtab from the Assessments tab in the Student Section.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Setup New Preference Assessment.
   
   
    
2. Enter Preference Information:

*Denotes Required Field *Name Definition - Definitions default based on the Assessment Type selected. It can be amended as needed. *Assessment Type  # of Sessions - Number of sessions, each representing a group of presentations, that should be completed each time this assessment is conducted. Interval - Length of interval for each presentation.

• Allow Settings Override - Enabling will allow users to change the above settings directly from the app.
• Select Preference Items - Click in the field to select desired Preference items. If an item is not listed. Start typing in the word such as "Test" and select the Add Option command.

3. Click Save.
