In the Ensora Data Collection Portal, you have the option to manually enter ABC Data on the Data Entry tab, ABC Data subtab.
NOTE: Once the data has been manually entered you can view the graph in Behavior Reduction | ABC Graphing. To learn more, see ABC - Event Graphing.
Jump To Section:
Access the ABC Data subtab from the Data Entry tab in the Students Section.
Enter ABC Data
- Click the Plus(+) icon.
- Enter appropriate Incident Data.
- Date
- Time
- User
- Intensity
- Response
- Duration
- Group Size
- Behavior(s)
- Consequence(s)
- Antecedent(s)
- Location(s)
- Notes
- Click OK.
- Click Save if finished.
Delete Entry
Once an ABC entry has been created (and before it is saved) it can be deleted by clicking the X icon.
Edit Entry
Before an ABC entry is saved, it can be Edited by clicking the Pencil icon.
An Incident modal will display. Edit as appropriate.
Copy Entry
If multiple entries need to be made and they share similar fields users can Copy an ABC event by clicking the Scissors icon.
An identical entry will be pasted at the bottom of the list and can be edited with the Pencil icon.
Save Entry
After all ABC entries have been made, click Save.
NOTE: If you navigate away from this page before clicking Save, the data will not be saved.
Print Datasheet
Users have the ability to print a datasheet in order to collect data on paper first.
- Click Print Datasheet.
