Users may on occasion get a second login screen or find that they are only "halfway" logged into the system. This happens for one of three reasons:
- The user's username in does not match what is in the Active Directory.
- This is why we ask customers to submit a ticket before creating a new user in system. If you send the Customer Care Team a ticket first, then we will send you the username. If you create the user account in the system first, you may need to adjust the username so that it matches what we have in Active Directory.

- The user does not have a user account in the system.
- A user account is created by an Admin at your agency by going to Administration -> Users. See Add, Edit or Remove Users for more information.
