My Daysheet provides a snapshot of progress note activity containing billable and non-billable visit types, procedures, signatures, DOS, locked dates, and billed status.

Access Level Permissions
- Go to Administration > Access Levels.
- Select the existing access level or create a new access level.
- Select the 1st User Access tab.
- Check the box for My Daysheet.
- View All Notes is optional. If checked, all Progress Notes within the My Daysheet screen will display. If unchecked, only the user’s notes will display.
- Click Save and repeat for each access level that will be given permission for My Daysheet.
Open My Daysheet
My Daysheet can be found one of two ways:

- From the Day to Day drop-down menu, go to My Daysheet.
- From the desktop menu, if set up in My Preferences, go to Day-to-Day > My Daysheet. See Set Up My Preferences for more information.
- From the Day to Day drop-down menu, go to My Daysheet.
Using My Daysheet
- Enter the earliest possible DOS Start Date for the activity.
- Enter the latest possible DOS End Date for the activity.
- Allows you to search for a specific Program.
- Allows you to search for a specific Patient.
- Include Inactive patients in the search.
- Allows you to search for a specific Provider.
- List Count displays the number of lines available below based on your search criteria.
- Click Refresh to apply the search criteria to create a chart below.
- This chart will display a list of your activities.
- The Billed column will display if the charge created by the progress note has been submitted to a payer or not.
- The Locked Date column will display the date all required signatures were obtained on the progress note.
- The Qty column will display the number of activities per client.
- The Program column will display the Program the patient is admitted to.
- The DOS column will display the Date of Service indicated on the progress note.
- The Client Name column will display the name of the patient.
- The Medical Record Number column will display the Medical Record Number assigned to the patient.
- The Diagnosis column will display the patients’ diagnosis.
- The Visit Type column will display the visit type selected on the progress note.
- The Procedure column will display the procedure associated with the visit type.
- The Length column will display the length of time of the service indicated in the progress note.
- The Clinical Staff Sig column will display the staff signature that completed the progress note.
- The Staff Sig (Non QHP) column will display the staff signature if routed.
- The Adjusted Date column will display the date the payment was adjusted.
- The Form Name column will display the name of the form template used to complete the progress note.
- Select Clear to return My Daysheet to the initial screen.
- Select Preview to pull up a print preview of the searched list.
- Select Print to print the searched list.
- Select Export to CSV to export the searched list as a CSV file.
