Lookup Manager Table of Contents
NOTE: Some Lookup Tables do not contain the Scoring Value as they were created prior to the development of Scoring. The example below is a table containing the Scoring Value. If the table you are adding fields to does not contain the Scoring Value, ignore step 4.
- Select the desired Lookup Table from the list.
- Click in the blank space of the grid of created lookup codes to remove any highlight.
- Name/Description - Enter the description of the field you want to add the lookup table.
- Scoring Editor - Assign the field a scoring value (associated with scoring in FormLabTM).
- Save Item - Select Save Item to save the new field added to the Lookup Table.
Repeat steps 2-5 to add additional fields.
