This article explains how to set up alerts for your therapists, staff members, and supervisors. The alerts can be set to open a form at the time of the alert or to open a custom message. The alerts are generated from one of the following instances:
- Forms: The completion of a form triggers the countdown to complete the follow-up form. For example, an alert would prompt a staff to complete a TPR once a TP has been completed and signed.
- Dates: Referral Date, Intake Date, Admit Date, Expected Discharge Date, and Discharge Date. For example, an alert would prompt a staff to complete a TP within 30 days of the patient's Admit Date.
- Calendar: For example, an alert would generate based on a calendar day, time and frequency.
