The commonly requested workflow reviewed in this video are:

  • Signature Created - This workflow will notify the clinician when a client has completed & signed their intake paperwork.
  • Client Discharge - This workflow will send an alert when a client hasn't been to the agency for a period of time & a letter needs to be sent to the client for follow-up before the client's record can be made inactive.
  • Supervisor Signature - This workflow will notify a supervisor when they need to review & sign a document of their supervisee.
