Why can't I see all Staff Names in my Staff Manager?

Why:

This is possibly because you are assigned to a specific Location and the Staff Member you are looking for is assigned to a different Location or no Locations.

Fix:

1. Click My Profile below the Navigation bar on the right side of the screen.
   
2. Click the Locations tab.
3. Remove all Assigned Locations.

   NOTE: If you do not have access to adjust your location, please contact your administrator.
