The Note Center tab in the navigation bar allows you to access and create Pie Notes, BIRP Notes, Universal Notes, CAP Notes, and access Assessments and Documents.
- PIE Notes - Allows you to access the PIE Note Center, or create a new PIE Note.
- BIRP Notes - Allows you to access the BIRP Note Center, or create a new BIRP Note.
- Universal Notes - Allows you to access the Universal Note Center, or create a new Universal Note.
- CAP Notes - Allows you to access the list of entries for your CAP Notes, create or modify CAP Notes, and Sign and Print reports.
- Assessments & Docs - Will bring you to the Assessments & Docs Center where you can search for your client's assessments, as well as print or export them to an Excel document. Read more about how to add an assessment here.
