Why can't I see Information, Clients, or Staff?
Most likely your Staff Profile is set to Audit View which is a limited view meant for Auditors who need to access the system.
How to resolve
- Click My Profile below the Navigation bar on right side of screen.
- Click Edit Staff Details.
- Scroll to Additional Information and Settings section.
- Deselect Set Audit View checkbox.
- Scroll back to the top and click Update.
- Finally, Log Out of the system and log back in for settings to fully update.
If Audit View is not checked, please submit a support case, so that we can further investigate.
