Why can't I see Information, Clients, or Staff?

Most likely your Staff Profile is set to Audit View which is a limited view meant for Auditors who need to access the system.

 

How to resolve

  1. Click My Profile below the Navigation bar on right side of screen.

  2. Click Edit Staff Details.

  3. Scroll to Additional Information and Settings section.
  4. Deselect Set Audit View checkbox.

  5. Scroll back to the top and click Update.
  6. Finally, Log Out of the system and log back in for settings to fully update.

If Audit View is not checked, please submit a support case, so that we can further investigate.
