PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must be an Assigned Supervisor, Location Supervisor, Location Administrator, or Assigned Administrator to Add Staff Goals.
Staff Goals are often used in internal review processes. They may be clinical or HR in nature.

Add Staff Goal
- Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Staff Manager from the drop-down.
- Click on appropriate Staff Name.
- Click the Goals tab.
- Click the Click here to add a new Goal button.
- In the pop-up window, complete the fields.
- Goal, Description, Status, Open and Target Dates, and Comments (optional).
- Click Add Goal.
Edit or Delete Staff Goal
- From the Goals tab, locate the Goal you would like to Edit or Delete.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Make the needed changes to the Goal, then click Update.
- To delete a Goal, click the Delete icon.
