This article serves to aid in resolving the "Service Facility Location Required" Kareo error(s) encountered when submitting claims from the system to Kareo and troubleshooting why some client records don't push over from the system to Kareo.

Solution:
- In the same Office/Agency the Client resides in, find and open the Funding Source Record affiliated with their contract.
- If you don't have this information you can get it from the claim or the Client record.
- Inspect the Funding Source phone number field(s). The phone number can only include 10 numbers or less, dashes, parenthesis, or spaces.
- If you see something like 1-800-123-4567, then it must be changed to something like 800-123-4567 or 8001234567 or (800) 123-4567. See the example below:

- Click Save & Close to save the changes to the Funding Source Record.
- Find and open the Client Record and make a subtle change to a field and Save.
Then change it back and click Save & Close. - Verify with the patron if the Client Record was now pushed from the system into their Kareo account.
Once confirmed, visit the Claims Manager and Submit the Claims again.
The claims should now send successfully!
