File Download

This article reviews the process for downloading files to your computer.

1. Click File Download.
   
   
    
2. The File Download Wizard opens. Select the entity data you want to download: Organization, Office, Staff, Client, Funding Source. Office is selected in this example.
    
3. Click Next.
   
    
4. Select the option for the entity. In this example, Super Kid Center, is the specific office in this example. Click Next.

   Note: only one office can be selected for each download. Multiple names can be selected for the other entity types.

   
   
5. Select the file option.
    
6. Click Download.
   
7. The file downloads and can be saved to your computer.
