This article reviews how to enable and track EVV data in the system for California EVV.

Enable Clock In & Out   

Send an email to codemetro.support@ensorahealth.com and ask support team to enable “Clock In & Out” in System Value Settings.

Use Appointments Admin Report to Pull EVV Data

  1. From the main screen of the system, click the Flexible Reporting button located on the toolbar.

    NOTE: You can also access Flex Reports from the Reporting tab on the main screen.

  2. A new window will open where the Flexible Reporting screen will be displayed.

  3. Type Appointments Admin in the search box and select the Appointments Admin report and select your parameters.

  4. Go to Column Options to ensure you have the following columns selected:
    • Staff Name
    • Client Name
    • Client DOB
    • Status
    • Service Name
    • Date
    • Start
    • End
    • Is Rendered
    • Clock In Date
    • Clock In Location
    • Clock Out Date
    • Clock Out Location
       
  5. Click Run and  Export to Excel to input into the State EVV system.

  6. When Excel opens, click Yes when prompted with Do you want to open it anyway.
