You can change Pay Rates for Pay Codes with our Bulk Pay Rate Update functionality. Previously you could only change Pay Rates for each individual Staff for each facility or request a bulk change from the support team. Now you will be able to change the pay rates all at once without any assistance from support.
NOTE: You must have permission in order to perform this action.
Use Bulk Pay Rate Update
NOTE: If you are creating a new Pay Code and also want to use the Bulk Pay Rate Update function, you must first create the new Pay Code and Save and exit the screen. Then open the HR Management screen again and go to Bulk Pay Rate Update to have the option to change the new pay code rate.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Select HR Management.
- Select the Bulk Pay Rate Update tab.
- Select the Facility(s) dropdown to choose one or multiple facilities to apply the update. Click OK.
- Select either Mileage or Pay Rate for the Rate Change Type.
NOTE: If you need to change both, you would run this once for Pay Rate and once for Mileage.
- Click the dropdown for the Rate Change Effective Date to choose the date you want the rate change to take effect.
- Click the dropdown for Select Pay Code(s) to choose one or multiple Pay Codes to update. Click OK.
- Click the dropdown for Select Labor Type(s) to choose one or multiple Labor Types to update. Click OK.
- Click the dropdown for Select Job Title(s) to choose one or multiple Job Titles to update. Click OK.
- Enter the new Rate Amount $, up to three decimal points.
- Choose either Yes or No for the statement "Update Pay Rate only IF the Current Rate is less than the New Rate Amount specified?"
This means that IF the new rate you entered is LESS than the current rate for that Pay Code (and criteria entered) do you want to change the rate?
- Click Update All in the top left corner.
NOTE: Upon clicking the Update All, a new Pay Code Rate will be assigned to all appointments on AND after the rate change effective date selected.
- Click Yes on the popup to confirm you want to make this change.
IMPORTANT: This change cannot be undone.
