Pulling SOAP Notes for Reactivated Clients/Staff
Sometimes, there will be a need to deactivate/reactivate the integration for the staff or client (if they go on temporary leave) - this feature allows users to pull past SOAP notes into the system to be mapped.
Select the client/staff pair and starting date to have the system pull all matching SOAP notes that can be found in Ensora Data Collection. If successful, the following message will be displayed:
Viewing Logs for Mapping SOAP Notes to Appointments
The tab labeled Logs will allow admin users to view a record of any errors/issues that are recorded by the system when attempting to map a SOAP note to an appointment - it will detail any missing fields that are required by the system in order to auto-render appointments as well.
Logs are available for 30 days after the date of the SOAP note, and specific date ranges can be selected to review specific days where issues are encountered.
