Certain fields can be customized to your practice's needs from the Customized Lists window.
Customized Lists can be accessed from the Settings tab in CodeMetro.
The fields that can be customized are:
- Client Status
- Client Contact Type
- Client Types
- Departments
- Ethnicity
- Job Titles
- Labor Types
- Languages
- Note Types
- Relationships
1. Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Customized Lists.
2. From the panel on the left, select the list you want to edit and then click on the Add button to create a new line.
3. On the Name field enter the value, then add a Code up to 5 characters, and finally add a brief description of the entry.
4. To discard your changes before saving you can click the Refresh or Refresh All buttons to set back everything to the previous last saved state. Once everything is to your liking, click SAVE.
