Start or Join a Session on iPad: Providers

Connect to your session from your iPad.

  1. Enter the Email Address and Password associated with your thera-LINK account and click Sign In.

  2. Locate the appointment on the Dashboard and click the green Join button.

  3. Click the green Launch Appointment in New Tab button.

    NOTE: Clicking the Launch Appointment button is all you need to do. It is not necessary to disable pop ups.

  4. Click Allow to allow thera-LINK to access your camera and microphone.

    NOTE: You must allow camera and microphone access for every session. Once you click Allow, you should see yourself and the sound line should be moving. If not, try rebooting your device to disengage the camera and microphone from all other applications.

  5. Click I'm Ready.

    NOTE: If you can’t see the I'm Ready button, turn the device sideways for a vertical view of the screen.

  6. Once you have clicked I'm ready, you will be able to see your image the a list of attendees and their Waiting Room Statuses

    NOTE: You will not have the ability to admit attendees to the session until they have also clicked I'm Ready and are in the waiting room.

  7. Click the Admit button to admit your client to the session.

    NOTE: If you can not see the Admit button, turn the device sideways for a vertical view of the screen.

  8. Once the client has been admitted to the session, video displays for both provider and client.

  9. When you are finished, you can choose to Leave the Session or End the Session for all attendees.

  10. The Exit screen indicates that you have left or ended your session.
