When you start a Session you will need to enable pop-ups on your browser so that the Session can open in a new tab.
Enable Browser Pop-Ups
- Join a Session. See Start or Join a Session - Provider for more information.
- If your Telehealth Session did not open, click the click here link to reopen and enable pop-ups.
- Chrome - Click Always allow pop-up and redirects from https://app.thera-link.com and then click Done.
- Firefox - Click Options and select Allow pop-ups for app.thera-link.com
- Safari - Click the Pop-up blocker icon in URL to enable.
- Chrome - Click Always allow pop-up and redirects from https://app.thera-link.com and then click Done.
