If you or anyone on your account receives a "session limit reached" error, it is because you have used all five of your sessions on the Basic plan or 50 sessions on the Basic Team plan. You can quickly and painlessly upgrade your plan by navigating to Practice>Subscription and choosing the appropriate plan for you. Any charges will automatically be prorated on your next monthly invoice.
